Ms. Krance writes about Spalding Academy, "Spalding Academy elementary and secondary school wish to welcome you.  Our school system has a history of service to the Spalding community and a tradition of excellence, which continues to grow each year.  This is due in large part to the fine support and encouragement given to the school by the parents of our students.  It is also due to the many fine teachers, priests, religious, and lay people who have given of themselves to make our programs the best.

The Mission of Spalding Academy is to:

Strengthen the values of the Christian home,
Promote the Catholic faith,
Equip young people for service in God’s kingdom,
Provide examples of Christian living,
Nurture the self-esteem in each individual student, and
Provide a child centered environment for the development of student learning and achievement.

Our Philosophy is to provide a Chist-centered environment of instruction for young men and women.   As a church body, we believe that the most effective way the Church has to equip children and youth  for Christian lives and Church service is through full-time Catholic primary and secondary schools.   As an important arm of the congregation, the Catholic school provides:  education, prayer, worship, proclamation of the message, family atmosphere, and service.   We believe that young men and women grow spiritually, intellectually, culturally, socially, emotionally, morally, and physically in an educational atmosphere built around Christian values."
